Today I am thankful for my family. I got to help my sister get ready for her Christmas Banquet at school which was super fun. I don't really have much opportunity to curl my hair, so it was great to have an excuse to do someone else's. (It's not like I have a daughter to practice on either.) Plus just hanging out with Rach was fun. Always is. She is a funny girl.

And while we were in the midst of curling, my brother and his wife stopped by for a surprise visit. I am so glad they did - chances are likely that we won't be here long term, so I want to take advantage of every opportunity to see each other while we can!
